1. Products and brands

Workbench Innovations designs and sells consumer cordless power tools under its own brands, including blasto and Forme. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to be as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur as products are improved.

2. Where to buy

Our products are sold to consumers through Amazon in the United States. When you purchase through Amazon, your order, payment, fulfillment, and delivery are also subject to Amazon's terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed at the point of sale and may change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

4. Warranty

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or normal wear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workbench Innovations' liability arising from the sale or use of a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
