Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon. Delivery times, shipping options, and any shipping costs are shown at checkout on the product's Amazon listing and are governed by Amazon's shipping terms.

Returns

Purchases made through Amazon are covered by Amazon's returns policy. In general, most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To start a return, use the "Return or replace items" option in your Amazon account, or contact us and we will help.

Damaged or defective items

If a product arrives damaged or develops a defect under normal use, contact us at [email protected]. We will make it right with a replacement or refund consistent with our warranty and the applicable purchase-channel policy.
